Resumen
El canal de Guyon en la muñeca es una zona anatómico de gran complejidad, sus limites están formados por varias estructuras y su contenido es fundamental para la integridad de la mano. Existen múltiples factores que pueden eventualmente comprimir el nervio ulnar a este nivel, produciendo el síndrome canal de Guyon. Este síndrome presenta una variedad de signos y síntomas atípicos dependiendo del nivel del compromiso del nervio, por lo que existen zonas delimitadas para diferenciar la compresión sensitivo o motora del nervio. Se presenta el caso clínico de un paciente masculino, con 2 meses de evolución de síntomas únicamente motores, atrofia muscular y signos de compresión del nervio ulnar izquierdo a nivel del canal de Guyon y su manejo fue quirúrgico.
